My order did get fixed, just took longer than I expected. Bit frustrating at first, but yeah, they sorted it out eventually

Grabbed Austin’s Pizza when I was kind of in a hurry, and it really hit the spot. The crust had a nice chew without being too thick, the cheese tasted great, and the sauce had good flavor without being overly sweet. I was rushing around after picking it up, but it still tasted fresh by the time I got home. Definitely an easy 5 stars for me.

I’ve ordered from austinspizza.com a few times now, and overall it’s been decent. When the pizza shows up hot, it’s actually really good, and the website is straightforward enough that ordering isn’t a hassle.
The annoying part is the delivery timing feels like the goalposts keep moving. One time it’s supposed to be quick, then suddenly it’s later than expected, and you’re just sitting there hungry. I also had one order where the crust came a little soggy. Not a disaster, but not exactly reliable either. I’d probably still order again if I was nearby and craving pizza, just with lower expectations

Austin’s Pizza is one of those places that really depends on which location I order from. I’ve had some really solid pizzas show up hot and exactly how I expected, and then other times it feels like a totally different place made it.
Sometimes the crust is a little off or the toppings seem like they were thrown on in a hurry. One weird thing I still remember is getting a pizza once where all the olives were basically piled on one single slice, which made me laugh but also kind of summed up the inconsistency.

I still order from them now and then because when it’s good, it’s genuinely good. I just wish the quality was more reliable from one location to the next.

I could barely finish my slice, it was super filling, no kidding.

I ordered through austinspizza.com for pickup and was in a relaxed mood, just hoping it wouldn’t take forever. Luckily, the order was ready when I got there and the staff handed it over quickly. Parking was a little annoying, but overall the whole pickup was easy

Austin’s Pizza has some special diet options, which I appreciate. I can usually piece together something with veggies or go for the gluten-free crust, but the choices feel kind of limited. If you’re vegan, it’s basically on you to customize the heck out of everything, which gets annoying. The food itself is fine, so I’m not mad at that, but they really could make the menu easier for people with dietary needs. 3 stars from me.

Had a little mix up with my order but the staff were nice about it and got it fixed quick.. didn’t make a big deal out of it or anything. Pizza was good too, only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I had to call twice

The toppings looked fresh enough, but some of them weren’t as crisp as I expected. I ended up having to pick through a few softer pieces, which was kind of annoying because I just wanted to eat, not do extra work.

We ordered Austin’s Pizza for an office lunch, and I have to say, it went surprisingly smoothly. I was kind of expecting at least one hiccup with the timing or the order, because that always seems to happen with group lunches, but everything showed up on time and ordering was painless.

The pizzas were still hot, the salads tasted fresh, and people seemed happy with the choices. The portions were good too, so nobody was left awkwardly hunting for extra food. They definitely made it easy on us, which I appreciated. I’d use them again for catering.

Pretty good spot when you’re craving pizza without spending too much. The prices are fair, the portions are decent, and the coupons make it an even better deal. I’d recommend checking them out for an easy pizza night...

Stopped in for pizza and the first thing I noticed was how clean the place was. The tables, floor, and counter all looked like someone actually cared, which is always a good sign. I don’t know why, but a clean pizza place just makes the food feel better too. I was also thinking about how rare it is to find a spot that doesn’t have sticky tables these days, but anyway, this one was really well kept. Definitely would go back

The pizza showed up still hot and tasted really good. I just wish it didn’t feel like such a pain to get it ordered and sorted out. Good food, but more effort than I wanted to deal with.
